Central Jakarta Administration will add Jumantik Mandiri cadres (independent wiggler hunter). Socialization will be done continuously especially things related to mosquito's nest eradication (PSN).

"Ideally, there is one jumantik cadre for each household. Thus child or housewife can be given education to prevent dengue fever (DBD)," said Mangara Pardede, Mayor of Central Jakarta, Tuesday (4/4).

In that way, the spread of dengue disease in Central Jakarta could be suppressed. Personnel who give education is also asked to be facilitated in every RT/RW meeting in order to have jumantik mandiri cadre in each house.

"Later on, jumantik cadres will be given award if there are no DBD case in their area," he added.

He also asked all regional heads to suppress DBD spread in their areas.

"Even though the cases number tends to decrease but it still exist, thus need PSN improvement in the future," he closed.
